The master plan is used in part as a roadmap for the College’s future and in a broad sense provides a framework for academic, administrative and financial forecasting and planning.
In collaboration with EvCC leadership, facilities planning and various stakeholders, S.M. Stemper Architects assisted with an update to EvCC’s Master Plan.
The plan evaluates the campus facilities’ current conditions and outlines how they will integrate with and support new buildings identified in short-term, mid-range, and long-term phases. After adoption, the College has further explored the relationship between facilities, curriculum, and suitability of existing buildings to their current functions and overall campus aesthetics.
